Friday - September 24th

1000 - ?: arrive and set up camp

1200 - 1700 Aircraft/instructors available for proficiency flying, biannuals, etc.

1730-1930: BBQ dinner

1930 - Scavenger Hunt entries submitted for judging

1930 - ? Campfire, s'mores and hangar flying - an evening of chillin'

 

Saturday - September 25th

700-900 - Pancake breakfast hosted by Memphis Chapter 99s

800-1100 - Flying activities (biannual flight reviews, currency, practice for afternoon competitions)

1100-1200 - Seminar: What maintenance can an owner/operator perform on her plane

1200-1300 - Lunch is served

1300-1400 - Seminar: Tower of Terror - talking to ATC

1400-1600 - Water balloon bombing contest, spot landing contest

1600-1700 - Go/No-Go - establishing personal minimums

1700-1800 - What is in your ditch bag - bring your ditch bag for an interactive conversation about what we each carry and why

1800 - Dinner is served

1930 - ? Corn Hole Tournament and Movie Night

1930 - ? Night currency Flights

 

Sunday - September 26th

700-900 - Coffee and donuts
